Product Warranty

All MilitaryOptics.com products come with their Manufacturer's warranty.  Purchasers should retain their sales receipt during the warranty period in the event a factory repair becomes necessary.

We will never share or sell your personal information, including your e-mail address, to anyone for any reason, except as required by law, such as a subpoena being served if credit card fraud were to occur.

All sales are final after an order is processed for shipping.  After payment is received, orders are sometimes processed for shipping on the next business day at around 8am; UP UNTIL AN ORDER IS PROCESSED FOR SHIPPING AND/OR THE CUSTOMER'S PRODUCT HAS BEEN PROCURRED, THE CUSTOMER IS FREE TO CHANGE OR CANCEL THEIR ORDER (cancellations of credit card orders will be billed $2 + a 2.8% credit card processing fee). 

Businesses are built through customer satisfaction, so it is in our best interest to work with our customers whenever possible.  Although all sales are final after an order has been processed for shipping and/or the customer's product has been procured, if you desire to return or exchange your purchase, we will consider your request.   When we do grant a return or exchange, the following conditions should be met:

 Send your RMA request via email to  SHOOTER@MILITARYOPTICS.COM (please include your order number).  After Receiving Your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, mail the entire package to:

When returning products, we recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
