All MilitaryOptics.com products come with their Manufacturer's warranty. Purchasers should retain their sales receipt during the warranty period in the event a factory repair becomes necessary.

MilitaryOptics.com reserves the right to require any customer paying with credit card to send a signed fax stating that they authorize the credit card purchase made at this Web site, and that the fax include a copy of the customer's driver's license or other photo ID.
All sales are final after an order is processed for shipping. After payment is received, orders are sometimes processed for shipping on the next business day at around 8am; UP UNTIL AN ORDER IS PROCESSED FOR SHIPPING AND/OR THE CUSTOMER'S PRODUCT HAS BEEN PROCURRED, THE CUSTOMER IS FREE TO CHANGE OR CANCEL THEIR ORDER (cancellations of credit card orders will be billed $2 + a 2.8% credit card processing fee).

Although all sales are final after an order has been processed for shipping and/or the customer's product has been procured, if you desire to return or exchange your purchase, we will consider your request.
